The most effective way to reach elected officials is to meet them face to face. Attend town hall meetings, committee meetings or hearings. Make sure you are on your elected official’s email and mailing list so you know what’s going on – and then be there.
If you can’t get there in person, they still need to hear your voice – literally. Throw out your form emails and pick up the phone.
make your message personal and you will make a difference.
